Last month our South Wales Branch hosted their annual dinner at the Marriott Hotel in Cardiff City Centre.
The evening was well attended with over 240 people enjoying a black-tie reception and three-course.
Crowds were kept entertained by guest speaker and top comedian Simon Evans.
During the evening, former Treasurer Graham Ponsford and Welfare Officer Vincent O’Donoghue were honoured to present former Chairman Bob Gay with a gift to commemorate his long service to the branch.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, Chairman Chris Goodfield was able to present a cheque for £15,000 to our CEO Bill Hill on the night! Chris added;
“We would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support of the South Wales Branch, and a special mention to Walters Group and Chepstow Plant International for their kind donations.”
