PERI is a family-owned business specialising in the formwork and scaffolding industry. Their commitment to their customers is important to them and that is why they wanted to conduct a Customer Experience survey to understand how they could improve the way they do business with their customers.
Equally important is the health and wellbeing of those they work with, both in their business and across our supply chain. Mental health is a serious issue that is deeply affecting their industry and they feel it needs to be made a priority.
This is also the reason why they chose to associate their survey with our charity and contribute to the work we continue to do.
PERI encouraged as many customers as possible to take part in the survey, and pledged that they would donate an amount for every survey completed.
We’re delighted they received a great response from their customers, and as a result have donated £500 to our charity. Thank you everyone who helped raise such vital funds.
