As part of World Mental Health Day in October 2022, a team of 10 Parkinson employees completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge and raised an amazing £2285 for our charity.
They completed the gruelling 24.5 mile route which takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in 11 hours.
Despite the 4am early wakeup call and being tired before they even began the climbs, the team felt a real sense of achievement completing the challenge. One of the best parts was being able to chat with everyone and get to know colleagues better in an environment away from the office.
