We caught up with Yanna Law who gave us some insight into the recent fundraising efforts of Office Principles who decided to climb the summit of Snowdon in an amazing effort to raise money for our charity.
“It was something that we felt would be a great activity that could be achieved as a group, one where we could invite our families too. It is also a great activity that promotes teammates to support one another push past limits and achieve something great at the end and hopefully want to do it again.
[The expedition] went very well. The weather wasn’t too bad although the skies could have been clearer. We had 5 incredible Office Principle North team do the walk and were joined by their families, making it a total of 8. Reaching the top with a smile and your loved ones and colleagues by your side. Even in the cold, everyone had a smile and the will to keep going.”
When asked why they wanted to support our charity, Yanna said: “Being an office interior design and build business, we understand how important it is for everyone to have the right support at hand, especially in an industry that is male dominated. Mental health and wellbeing are important to us at Office Principles, and we believe your values align with what we want to achieve for our people.”
