Horizon Construction, recently hosted a Charity Golf Day, drawing local business professionals together for golf day in support of our charity. The event, held at the scenic Hintlesham Hall Golf Course, saw enthusiastic participation from various segments of the construction community, resulting in a resounding success.
The day started with golfers arriving at Hintlesham Hall Golf Course, where a warm welcome set the tone for a day filled with sportsmanship and generosity. The tournament, featuring players of all skill levels, aimed to create an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
The day of golf and networking incorporated a Longest Drive and Nearest to the Pin contest and fundraising was boosted by an auction and a raffle with prizes including golf equipment and vouchers.
Our Regional Ambassador for East Anglia, Sarah Poirier, shared touching stories from construction workers who had benefited from our support.
The title of champions went to a mixed team from Conisbee, and Chris Burgess Consult & Recruit Ltd, showcasing their skills on the golf course.
