H&MV Engineering scored big recently when they took part in the Business Fives Football Tournament, raising over £600 for our charity. Teams from various office locations came together for the first time to compete in a series of five matches, showcasing both their sporting and fundraising spirit.
The day was filled with excitement, with the team celebrating their first win of the tournament. The victory not only boosted morale but also strengthened relationships across different departments and creating a sense of teamwork.
Although the team didn’t achieve their ideal result on the field, they say that the true winners of the day were the players who came together to support a cause that has been invaluable to the company. A spokesperson stated “over the past 12 months, the Lighthouse Charity has provided crucial support to H&MV Engineering, including workshops and resources for employees”. This ongoing partnership has inspired various fundraising efforts, including client golf days, making the Business Fives tournament another successful chapter in their collaborative efforts.
