Ryan O’Loughlin, a Director at Henry Boot Construction, said, “Mental health is a serious issue in our industry, especially among men. We are determined to do all we can to counter that fact, and our work with the Lighthouse Charity has been really successful in doing that over the last three years.
“The charity continues to mean a lot to us at Henry Boot and they have helped us put on some wonderful events for our staff, as well as supporting with a number of other initiatives in the business. We are therefore so proud to be able to further support them with our Three Peaks Challenge and the fundraising alongside it.”
