We wanted to make sure that the fact that we couldn’t all get together for a Christmas party in December last year did not dampen our spirits.
So on 28th December we held our ‘Live at the Lighthouse’ Christmas Party, which was dubbed the virtual event of the year.
The event was a fantastic line of entertainment including an amazing Ministry of Sound DJ set and the infamous Blingo Bingo.
The live DJ set got everyone in the mood which was soon followed by Blingo Bingo, a non stop comedy show and mega mix of bingo, mad antic dance offs and loads more.
Blingo Bingo was the brainchild of the Bellway Homes Graduate Programme, so a big shout out goes to the team there who worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went with a swing.
The virtual party was also the platform for the announcement of the winners of our Christmas Cracker promotion, so there was a real sense of anticipation and excitement throughout the event.
Our Christmas Cracker promotion gave companies the opportunity to send employees, suppliers and contractors a Christmas e-card with a difference and each e card came with the opportunity to win a share of a £25,000 prize pot.
Huge thanks go out to our Christmas Cracker supporters, L Lynch Plant Hire ,Coinford, Etag and NASC And the great news is that several winners also donated £7520 of prize winning straight back to our charity and big thank you’s go to the winners from PG Site Services, Enviro Tracs, Collins Earthworks, Thames Materials and Barratt Developments.
We’ve still got two prizes waiting to be claimed so if you were lucky enough to receive one of our crackers and haven’t checked yet, then you need to do so by the end of the month.
