Woodford Heating and Energy, leading specialists in the provision of mechanical services for the London residential sector, raised over £8000 in aid of two key charitable causes – including construction industry Charity The Lighthouse Club.
The annual Charity ball in association with The British and Irish Trading Alliance, (BITA) was a roaring success; with over 250 guests attending the Grand Ballroom of the Montcalm Hotel in Mayfair.
The extraordinary night included guests such as Barratt Homes and Crest Nicholson. All the guests were greeted at 6:30 in the Grand Ballroom for a drinks reception shortly before being seated for the main soiree. The entertainment for the evening consisted of performances from The 3 Waiters and special guests -live band The Jjars before leading onto the silent auction and DJ set.
The Lighthouse Club assists those who suffer accident or illness within the construction industry. In over 50 years the charity has distributed over £2.5 million to construction workers and their families. Woodford Heating and Energy are thrilled to be able to contribute the significant donation of £4000 to help continue the growth and work that the charity does.
Alongside the donation to The Lighthouse Club, Woodford Heating and Energy are pleased to announce a second donation to Tree of Hope charity, specifically 'Hope to Move'.
Tree of Hope raises funds to support children with illnesses needing specialist medical treatments, therapy and equipment not readily available from other platforms. Through the generosity of donations, such as Woodford Heating and Energy's, the charity is able to provide many children with a better quality of life.
The Woodford Heating and Energy Charity Ball was a huge success leaving all guests overjoyed and looking forward to next year's annual event.
