Even the ominous looking grey clouds didn’t deter the enthusiasm of 19 teams of golfers who turned out to support T & B Contractors Lighthouse Day and competed in their supplier golf event raising a whopping £8730!
Each four ball team had a T&B team captain at the helm and competitive spirit was at a high as subcontractors from across T & B’s four divisions supply chain tried to gain an edge on their opponents.
Nigel Stephens, Director of T & B Contractors said “We chose the Lighthouse Club because we believe they are a great cause to support and they are industry related. We really enjoyed the day and enjoyed raising so much money throughout the event for such a relatable and worthy cause.”
CEO of the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, Bill Hill, attended on the day and gave a presentation about the charity’s work. He added, “Thank you so much to T & B Contractrors and all their suppliers who made the day go with a swing. We know how much effort goes into planning such an event and it was great to see everyone enjoying the banter and having a good game of golf all whilst raising much needed funds for our charity.”

1st overall – Daryl Craft (Right Contract Services)
1st Team – Dave Fogarty, Daryl Craft, Michael Beer, Leyton Brooks
