Well done to all the staff at Contract Scotland who raised an amazing £750 for our charity by holding a variety of events prior to Christmas.
The Stirling based consultancy, supplies technical and professional staff to the construction industry both at home and abroad and The Lighthouse Club is a charity which is very close to its heart.
The events kicked off with a Christmas themed bake sale and competition, the standard of which was very professional with prizes given out for both sweet and savoury entries. This was then followed by a raffle and the top prize of a Samsung Chromebook was won by one Contract Scotland’s temporary workers, Tony Stevenson, Quantity Surveyor. Finally, a ‘Wear a Christmas Jumper’ day was held in the office with fines being charged to those who didn’t take part. However, as you can see in the photograph above this was not too difficult for the staff, who really enjoyed getting in the festive spirit!
The company hopes to continue to support The Lighthouse Club by holding fundraising events throughout 2015.
