The British and Irish Trading Alliance is continuing its support of the Lighthouse Club Charity for another year.
BITA is a non-for-profit membership organisation which strengthens relationships and trade between UK and Irish businesses and also recognises the importance of working closely with the wider community. Their mantra, “we know people that help people”, certainly rings true when it comes to the partnership with the Lighthouse Club Charity.
Paul Whitnell, BITA President said, “We are proud to be associated with the Lighthouse Club Charity and we greatly value our unique and special relationship with this fabulous charity. The construction and related industries comprise a very large part of the BITA community both in the UK and Ireland so there is an obvious link for our members – the Lighthouse Club gives them something to support that is making a difference to the construction community and helps them to help their own. We’re encouraging all our members to sign up to ‘Lighthouse Day’ where all they need to do is take just one day to raise funds for the charity. Our members understand how important it is to give something back to the construction community.”
BITA champions the Lighthouse Club through their numerous networking events and once again this year, BITA are the sponsors of the BITA Golf Masters at the London Club in Kent on 7th July 2017. If you’re interested in entering a team click below.
