Overview
Centered on Cardiff, South Wales Branch organises Golf during the Summer, and each year an Annual Dinner in October.
At the Branch AGM in December 2007 Bob Gay took on the role of Chairman. Gary Derraven remains as Secretary, and Graham Ponsford, who held office as South Wales' longest serving Chairman, took over as branch treasurer. Welfare Officer is Vincent O’Donoghue.

The first event of the year is our Boxing Night. The venue: City Hall, Cardiff. Make a note of the date: Friday 2nd April.

Annual Dinner

Tony Green Reports:
Mark Everett and I attended a superb dinner held in Cardiff by the South Wales branch on Friday 9th October which was attended by around 200 members and guests. As I was one of the founders of the branch in the mid 60's they gave me the honour of proposing the toast to the branch. A sizeable cheque was presented to Mark for our Benevolent Fund, which he acknowledged with a very good speech.
The entertainment was concluded by an hour of Brendon Healey.
